What is ABEC and what does it have to do with my wheels?
ABEC refers to the precision rating of the bearings inside the wheels. Higher ABEC ratings generally indicate smoother wheel performance and speed.
What happens if my wheel bracket wears out?
If your wheel bracket becomes damaged or worn, discontinue use and contact customer service for additional support and replacement options.
What do I do if my wheels are squeaky?

Do you offer free shipping?

Returns & Exchanges
What is the return policy?
Heelys offers free 30-day returns on qualifying unused merchandise in original packaging. Holiday purchases may qualify for extended returns through January 31.
Do you offer exchanges?
No. Heelys does not process direct exchanges. Customers must return the original item and place a new order for the preferred size or style.
Can I return worn Heelys?
Returns are only accepted for unused products in resellable condition unless there is a manufacturer defect.
How do I start a return?

Can you walk normally in Heelys?
