Sent a diffrent product then ordered

The shoes came a size smaller then i ordered. The wheels that were sent with the shoe were also the wrong size and wouldnt pop into the shoe so i had to buy the correct medium size on amazon. And why is the cheapest shipping option over $15?? I love heelys but seriously, there was so much wrong with this order.
