So I originally ordered three pairs of wheels for my heelys. As I require large wheels, they’re frequently out of stock so I buy several pairs at a time so I don’t find myself without. Anyway, I ordered three pairs like I usually do: Blue, black, and pink, and the pink and black come but no blue and no tracking for it. I email support, as usually my wheels all come at once, and they told me their stock was wrong, and they didn’t have the blue but they’d be in touch when they came back in stock and we could go from there.
Well, instead of just emailling/sending me a credit, a couple weeks later I start getting emails that they had saved my info and made sure I was the first to get the new batch of blue wheels. No followup convo needed! I was overjoyed that support intervened so quickly, and am very satisfied with my purchase.
