Caught between sizes? Size up for the best fit!
Although using your Heelys skate shoes is extremely enjoyable, there is a learning curve. Skating with Heelys is a sport, and the key is to learn how to heel safely and properly.
Once you have your Heelys protective gear and Heelys on, practice braking to make sure you can stop at any time necessary. If you need to stop or slow down quickly, practice transitioning from skating to walking or stopping by simply putting your toes down.
NOW, LET'S ROLL!
Start on a smooth, flat surface with your feet shoulder width apart.
Take a step and push with your back foot. Lift the toes of your front foot so only the wheel is touching.
Now do the same with your back foot – you should be smooth rolling along the floor!
To stop, lift your toes of both feet up so your heels are touching the floor.
Make sure you keep one foot in front of the other – usually your dominant foot will be in front. If you need help, ask someone to pull you along until you get the hang of it.

I wear a size 10.5 in women's sneakers. Got the 11W and fits perfectly. So size up at least half a size. Haven't used them so can't speak on how durable they are or how long the wheels last but they are cute out of the box and now cheaper than when I paid for them! Ugh
