My son was so excited for his birthday present — a brand-new pair of Heely’s. He waited anxiously for them to arrive, only to open the box and discover they came with no wheels at all. Imagine the disappointment on his face!
To make matters worse, I immediately tried contacting customer service, leaving two messages: one after business hours and one during. So far, no one has bothered to respond. For a company that sells a product specifically for children this level of service is unacceptable.
A birthday ruined and still no resolution. I expected better.
